Founded in 1994 to pursue on a world-wide basis methodologies learned empirically in the field of Teleworking, which is defined as: "using advanced communications to save time, space, and travel costs." The expertise of Noel Hodson (the noted international speaker, author, and consultant of Teleworking) was merged through a joint venture with that of Spectrum Personnel Associates, Inc.
